These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ihavethebestshirt.com (the “Site”) operated by Mama Dog LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Politics Store”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By placing an order you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
2. Products and pricing
We sell apparel and related merchandise printed on demand by third-party fulfillment providers. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product images, descriptions, and prices, but we do not warrant that any product information is error-free. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.
3. Orders and payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our sole discretion. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full payment-card details. We reserve the right to cancel orders, including suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, or pricing errors, and will refund any amount charged for canceled orders.
4. Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery windows are estimates only and not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, or address errors made by the customer.
5. Returns and refunds
Because each item is printed on demand for you, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, sizing errors, or change of mind. We will replace or refund items that are defective, damaged in transit, or printed incorrectly, provided you contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
All designs, logos, text, graphics, and other content on the Site are the property of Mama Dog LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to (a) violate any law; (b) infringe anyone’s rights; (c) transmit malware or interfere with the Site’s operation; or (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAMA DOG LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE OR PRODUCTS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mama Dog LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, United States.
