Refund Policy
Each item on the Site is printed on demand specifically for you. Because nothing is pre-stocked, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, sizing changes, or change of mind. We will, however, replace or refund items that arrive defective, damaged in transit, or misprinted.
What we’ll replace or refund
- Items printed with a defect (smudges, missing colors, off-center placement)
- Items damaged during shipping
- The wrong size or product shipped due to our or our fulfillment partner’s error
- Items lost in transit, confirmed by the carrier
What we won’t replace or refund
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Wrong size selected by the customer (please consult the size chart before ordering)
- Color appearance differences from your screen (colors vary monitor-to-monitor)
- Items lost or returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Items refused at delivery without prior coordination
How to request a replacement or refund
- Email support@ihavethebestshirt.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order ID, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect or damage (and the shipping packaging if relevant).
- We’ll respond within 2 business days. If your claim is approved, we’ll arrange a free replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method, at our choice.
Refund timing
Approved refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Order cancellations
Because production starts soon after payment, we may not be able to cancel an order once it has entered fulfillment. Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel and we will do our best to help.
