Each order is printed on demand by Printful, then shipped from the facility closest to your address. Production takes 2–5 business days. Domestic shipping is typically 3–5 business days after that. Total: usually 5–10 business days from order to delivery.

Currently the United States only. International support is on the roadmap.

Because each shirt is printed for you, we can’t accept returns for sizing or change of mind. Please consult the size chart on the product page before ordering. If an item is defective or damaged in transit, we’ll replace or refund it — see our Refund Policy.

You’ll get a confirmation email with a link to your order page right after checkout. Once your package ships, we’ll send a second email with the tracking number. Lost the link? Find your order with your email and order ID.

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay also appear on Stripe’s checkout when supported by your device. We never see or store your full card number.

Yes — direct-to-garment (DTG) prints last for years when washed properly. Turn the shirt inside out, wash in cold water, and hang dry to keep the print sharp. Avoid bleach and high-heat dryers.

Bella+Canvas 3001 unisex tee — 100% combed and ring-spun cotton (heather colors contain some polyester). Soft, modern fit that’s neither too slim nor too boxy.

Production starts shortly after payment. We’ll do our best if you email us immediately, but once Printful has begun printing, cancellation isn’t possible. Email support@ihavethebestshirt.com as quickly as you can.
