Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States only. Every item is printed on demand specifically for your order by our fulfillment partner, Printful. This means there are two stages to getting your order to you: production, then transit.
Processing & production time
Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days after your payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods (holidays, launches) production may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves the production facility.
Shipping time
Within the United States, delivery is approximately 3–5 business days after production. Total time from order to delivery is usually 1–2 weeks. These are estimates from our fulfillment and carrier partners, not guarantees.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your order. The total shown before payment is the final amount you pay—there are no surprise charges on delivery.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we email a tracking link to the address you provided at checkout. You can also look up your order anytime from the order lookup page.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for a free replacement. See our Refund Policy for details.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your order arrives damaged, email support@ihavethebestshirt.com with your order ID and we’ll help resolve it under our Refund Policy.
